To All Commercial Accounts

Commercial and Emmediate pools are one in the same. Emmediate Pool consists of the pool vehicles that have been built and/or have passed the factory change request timing.

Emmediate Pool Orders - Vehicles can be selected for Emmediate Orders where delivery is required under 30 days and vehicles are purchased ‘as-is’.

ASAP (Deliver this vehicle as soon as possible) - Any order where ASAP delivery is selected (without Fixed Delivery selection) will be filled from:

1. Available Emmediate Pool if there is an exact match (<30 day delivery)
2. Commercial Pool (30-90 day delivery) or
3. Current month production order (90-120 day delivery) if product is not available in pool or a match cannot be obtained through factory change on available pool.

Fixed Delivery (Let me choose a delivery date) - Any order where expedited ASAP delivery is too soon and the current month production order delivery timing is too late. ASAP is selected along with specified Fixed Delivery dates and the system will attempt to accommodate your delivery request with pool availability. If product is not available in pool or a match cannot be obtained through factory change on available pool, the order will go to the current month production order (90-120 day delivery).

Non-ASAP - Orders where ASAP = No will be processed at the requested current or future monthly order delivery timing.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Emmediate units cannot be cancelled once they are ordered; your company will be financially responsible for the vehicle.
