Commercial Eligibility:
1) Pre-approval may be required. Please check the Vehicle Availability section on fleet.toyota.com for current requirements.
2) Individual commercial companies must maintain a fleet of at least 10 vehicles in service.
3) All Commercial purchasers must maintain vehicles in service in the United States, excluding Hawaii, for a minimum of 12 months.
4) Lease companies do not qualify for Fleet Production unless they are placing the order on behalf of a qualified fleet customer.

Please note: The dealer invoice includes a $20 Admin fee for the Licensee(H5) program.
Licensee Eligibility:
1) Rental Licensees must maintain vehicles in service in the United States, excluding Hawaii, for a minimum of 6 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
2) All volume must be pre-approved. Dealers / Licensees must complete the Delivery Request matrix prior to May 14, 2021.

Government Eligibility:
1) Pre-approval may be required. Please check the Vehicle Availability section on fleet.toyota.com for current requirements.
2) All utility and government agencies must maintain fleet vehicles in service in the United States, excluding Hawaii, for a minimum of 12 months.
3) The Government (H7) program can be utilized by the following non-profit 501(c) entities that are providing social and judicial services such as: nursing homes, assisted living, residential facilities, adult day care, centers for the disadvantaged, drug rehabilitation centers and child special educational services. Such entities will be subject to verification.
| Payment of Incentives |
Payment of incentives will be via invoice credit. The selling dealer may be subject to fleet incentive charge-backs in the following circumstances:
1) If the vehicle is exported outside the United States or sold prior to the end of the minimum in service time for the applicable fleet program
2) If the vehicle is not registered to the Fleet account or its commercial customer who originally ordered the vehicle
3) If the vehicle is ordered under the incorrect program
| Full Tank of Fuel Program |
1) The Full Tank of Fuel program applies to Commercial, Livery, and Government (H1, H2, H7) Programs.The Dealer Invoice will include a charge for $16 for 4 gallons of fuel.The
delivery dealer will fill the fuel tank to full at time of delivery and be reimbursed by Toyota for the additional fuel.
2) Any vehicles ordered from E-mmediate pool for TRAC, RAC, Licensee or Mobility programs (H0, H3-H6, H9) will be charged for 4 gallons of fuel if already installed.

Fleet Program Price Assurance is available to dealers/ fleet accounts on eligible "J" category Fleet production for Commercial, Livery, Government (H1, H2, H7) and Rent A Car (H3-H6) orders during the transition of a model change on selected series for all orders received prior to the pricing announcement with a requested delivery date equal to or prior to the delivery window for that month's order submission date deadline as noted in the table below:

- MY22 Toyota GR86, Corolla Cross, RAV4, RAV4 Hybrid, RAV4 Prime, and Tundra will not qualify for price assurance..
- Approved Fleet orders for the 2022 model year received at TMNA as noted in the table above will be price assured at base price levels plus the percentages listed.
Increases resulting from any standard equipment/specification changes, safety equipment, required emissions, factory-installed options, port installed options, finance reserve, holdback, destination, processing, handling (DPH) and fuel charges are ineligible and excluded from price assurance calculations.
Please refer to the "Fleet New Model Info" document on http://fleet.toyota.com for spec changes on each series. New model numbers are also excluded from price assurance calculations. - Price assurance will be granted only on firm fleet orders for a particular model year for a specified series sold by dealers on a written bid or other contract acceptable to TMNA for specifically ordered, produced and delivered vehicles. Price assurance applies only when the ordered vehicle is delivered to the specifically named Fleet account for whom the order originally was placed and prior approval was granted. Vehicles taken back into dealership inventory, or subsequently sold as new or used vehicles to other than the original customer are ineligible..
- Price assurance to the TMNA/PD dealer will be accomplished by invoicing at the price assurance level or new model introduction prices, whichever is lower. If introduction prices are higher, TMNA/PD will credit 100% of the difference between price assurance levels and TMNA/PD dealer introduction prices.
- Units which are originally ordered for retail sale and transferred to Fleet (E to J) are ineligible.
